摘要
全面建设社会主义现代化国家,既包括城市现代化,也包括农业农村现代化。在推动乡村全面振兴上,涉及乡村经济、乡村法治、乡村文化、乡村治理、乡村生态等多方面内容,而这些内容的推动都建立在乡村人才振兴的基础之上。因此,现立足于我国提出乡村振兴战略的背景,分析了当前乡村人才不振的根本原因,并在此基础上阐述财政政策与货币政策在乡村人才振兴中的功效,进而提出教育振兴策略;人才回流策略;素质提升策略等政策建议,以促进乡村的全面振兴。
Building a modern socialist country in an all-round way includes both urban modernization and agricultural and rural modernization.In promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,it involves rural economy,rural rule of law,rural culture,rural governance,rural ecology and many other aspects,and the promotion of these contents is based on the revitalization of rural talents.Therefore,based on the background of China’s proposed rural revitalization strategy,this paper analyzes the root cause of the current rural talent weakness,and on this basis,expounds the effect of fiscal policy and monetary policy in the rural talent revitalization,and then puts forward specific suggestions on the combination of fiscal policy and monetary policy in rural talent revitalization,in order to promote?comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
