摘要
国内高速铁路建设领域,大力推进精品工程建设,积累大量可复制推广的经验做法,由此相应发布一些新的技术规范标准。这些极大地保障国内高速铁路建设的进度、提升工程质量,解决很多以前想解决而未解决的问题,为高速铁路安全运营提供了重要的保障支持。结合工作实践,对高速铁路电务专业精品工程建设谈一些探索和思考。
In the field of high-speed railway engineering projects,efforts have been made to promote quality engineering,considerable experience has been gained that can then be replicated and applied in other areas,and new technical specifications and standards have been published as a result.These efforts ensure the progress of the construction of high-speed railways in China and improve the quality of projects.Many tough problems have been solved that were long on the agenda but never resolved.What has been achieved plays a key role in facilitating the safety operation of high-speed railways.Based on author’s work experience,the paper presents insights on quality electrical engineering of high-speed railways.
