摘要 开展对装载机863变速箱体(简称863箱体)消失模铸造工艺的研发,是龙工研制6t装载机的重要组成部分。对863箱体白模进行多层分片设计,并采用泡沫大板铣床雕刻模片,粘接成整体模束;设计多层合理浇注系统,即采用油道预埋砂芯、浇口杯提前装接,导流槽加砂、浇道先烧后浇、浇注箱顶压重等技术。通过上述措施,解决了箱体结构复杂,内腔加砂、震实存在死角、高度偏大等易产生的浇注塌箱、涨箱、铁包砂、油道孔堵、碳渣砂眼等质量问题,研发出6 t装载机863箱体消失模铸造工艺,铸造出符合要求的863箱体铸件,并稳定生产。 the research and development of lost foam process of 863 gearbox(863 box)is an important part of Longgong’s development of 6 t loader.The lost foam pattern of 863 box is designed by multi-layer slicing,and the foam board milling machine is used to carve the pattern sheet and stick it into a whole mould bundle.Design of multi-layer appropriate gating system used solution as pre-buried sand core on oil ducts,installing pouring cup in advance,add sand by stream guidance,top pressure of pouring box and resolve the quality problems such as pouring collapse box,expansion box,iron-clad sand,oil channel hole plugging,carbon slag sand hole and so on which are easy to produce,such as complex structure of box body,sand addition in inner cavity,dead angle height,etc.The casting process of 863 box body loss casting of 6 t loader is developed,and the 863 box body casting which meets the requirements is cast,and the production is stable.
