糖尿病高胆固醇血症采用阿托伐他汀与瑞舒伐他汀治疗的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究糖尿病高胆固醇血症采用阿托伐他汀与瑞舒伐他汀治疗的疗效。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年6月收治的180例糖尿病高胆固醇血症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用阿托伐他汀片进行治疗,观察组采用瑞舒伐他汀片进行治疗,对比两组血脂指标、炎症因子指标变化情况。结果观察组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C分别为(1.82±0.08)、(3.88±0.28)、(2.02±0.18)mmol/L,均低于对照组,HDL-C为(1.38±0.28)mmol/L,高于对照组(t=13.949、9.632、9.632、10.265,P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-10为(25.69±3.18)ng/mL,高于对照组,IL-6为(132.25±1.28)pg/mL,低于对照组(t=14.490、15.268,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病高胆固醇血症采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗的降脂效果优于阿托伐他汀,利于改善炎症因子水平。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of atorvastatin and rosuvastatin on diabetic hypercholesterolemia.Methods 180 cases of diabetic hypercholesterolemia patients admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with atorvastatin tablets.The observation group Rosuvastatin tablets were used for treatment,and the changes of blood lipid index and inflammatory factor index were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TG,TC and LDL-C of the observation group were(1.82±0.08)mmol/L,(3.88±0.28)mmol/L and(2.02±0.18)mmol/L,which were lower than those of the control group,HDL-C(1.38±0.28)mmol/L,higher than the control group(t=13.949,9.632,9.632,10.265,P<0.05);IL-10 of the observation group after treatment was(25.69±3.18)ng/mL,higher than the control group In the group,IL-6 was(132.25±1.28)pg/mL,which was lower than that in the control group(t=14.490,15.268,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic hypercholesterolemia with rosuvastatin has better lipid-lowering effect than atorvastatin,which is beneficial to improve the level of inflammatory factors.
