技工学校在我国中等职业院校中教育教学方式相对落后,尤其在新冠疫情的冲击下,其教育教学方式做出了重大的改变,本文将结合新冠疫情期间技工学校班主任的工作内容,探讨班主任在工作过程中需要改进的地方和其工作的实在意义。
The education and teaching methods of technical schools are relatively backward in China's secondary vocational colleges.Especially under the impact of the new crown epidemic,their education and teaching methods have undergone major changes.This article will combine the work content of the technical school head teacher during the new crown epidemic times to discuss the aspects which the head teacher needs improvement in the work process and brings actual significance for head teacher’s work.
