摘要
在新时期的背景下,新能源汽车产业,也获得了飞速发展,新能源汽车数量与规模,也在直线上升。在新能源汽车快速发展的背景下,也为我国的高职教育,带来了很大的挑战。主要是因为高职汽车专业人才培养模式,对于新能源汽车技术、制造、管理等方面的研究较少,导致人才素质较低,数量较少,很难满足现阶段的发展需求。因此就需要在今后的教学中,实现汽车专业人才培养的转型变革,注重对新能源汽车的研究与分析,来构建完整、合理的教学模式。
Under the background of the new era,the new energy vehicle industry has also achieved rapid development,and the number and scale of new energy vehicles are also rising.In the context of the rapid development of new energy vehicles,it has also brought great challenges to China's higher vocational education.The main reason is that there is little research on new energy vehicle technology,manufacturing,management and other aspects of the training mode of automobile professional talents in higher vocational colleges,resulting in low quality and small number of talents,which is difficult to meet the development needs at this stage.Therefore,in the future teaching,it is necessary to realize the transformation and reform of automobile professional talent training,pay attention to the research and analysis of new energy vehicles,so as to construct a complete and reasonable teaching model.
