摘要
为了解自粘橡胶止水带与后浇混凝土的剥离性能,对其强度进行了测试。结果表明:自粘橡胶止水带与后浇混凝土有3种典型剥离形式;自粘橡胶止水带与后浇混凝土剥离强度数据离散性较大的主要原因是自粘胶层厚度数据离散性较大;与同等自粘胶层厚度自粘橡胶止水带相比,采用自粘胶带热压复合涂覆工艺制得的止水带与后浇混凝土剥离强度有所降低,但离散性较小。
In order to understand the peeling performance of self-adhesive rubber waterstop and post cast concrete,the strength of them was tested.The results show that there are three typical peeling forms of self-adhesive rubber waterstop and post cast concrete.The main reason for the large discreteness of peeling strength data of self-adhesive rubber waterstop and post cast concrete is the large data discreteness of self-adhesive tape thickness.Compared with the selfadhesive rubber waterstop with the same thickness of self-adhesive tape,the peeling strength of the waterstop prepared by hot pressing composite coating process of self-adhesive tape and post cast concrete is reduced,but the discreteness is small.
