摘要
工业管道的安装是管道生命周期的开始,对管道安装质量的有效控制是管道安全服役的基本保障.本文首先从监督检验流程出发,结合实际检验案例,提出工业管道安装监督检验需要把控的关键点;随后,基于国家质量基础(NQI)要素,进一步分析探讨了工业管道安装在标准、计量、认证认可和检验检测方面的问题,并提出了相应的建议.
The installation of the industrial pressure pipe is the beginning of the pipeline life cycle,and tho effective control of the quality of the pipeline installation is the basic guarantee for the safe use of the pipeline.This paper puts forward the key points that need to be controlled during the pipeline installation supervision and inspectior stage,from the perspective of supervision and inspection regulations,combining the actual inspection cases.Based on National Quality Infrastructure(NOI)elements,this paper further analyzes the problems during installation of industrial pressure pipe in the aspects of standards,measurement,certification,accreditation,and inspection.Finally this paper expounds corresponding suggestions.
