摘要
建立了采用直接测汞仪检测饲料中汞含量的方法。利用直接测汞仪对饲料中的汞含量进行检测分析,汞的回收率在91.0%~95.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%~2.3%,方法检出限为0.006 ng。该方法操作简便、分析快速、灵敏度高、结果准确,无需对样品进行复杂的前处理,且取样量少,对环境污染小,适用于饲料中的汞含量检测。
A method for determination of mercury in feed by direct mercury analyzer was established in this paper.The mercury content in feed was detected by direct mercury analyzer,the recovery rate of mercury was 91.0%~95.5%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.6%~2.3%,and the detection limit was 0.006 ng.The method has the advantages of simple operation,rapid analysis,high sensitivity,accurate results.The method does not need to carry out complex pretreatment on samples,has small sampling amount and little environmental pollution.It is suitable for the determination of mercury content in feed.
