摘要
房地产建设项目环境影响评价应围绕以人为本的思想,突出房地产类项目环境影响评价所具有的与一般建设项目环境影响评价不同的特点,建立科学化和规范化的房地产类建设项目环境影响评价体系,使房地产开发建设项目与城市生态环境和社会经济发展相协调,保障城市建设的可持续发展。总结了房地产开发项目的类型和特点,分析了房地产项目的各类污染问题及房地产开发环境影响评价中各类污染物的计算方式,并以河津市馨苑小区经济适用住房建筑项目环境影响评价为例进行了说明。
Environmental impact assessment of the real estate project should focus on people-oriented thought,highlight the different characteristics of environmental impact assessment of real estate projects from that of general construction projects,establish scientific and standardized environmental impact evaluation system of real estate construction project,coordinate the real estate development and construction projects with urban ecological environment and social and economic development,guarantee the sustainable development of city construction.This paper summarizes the types and characteristics of real estate development project,analyzes various types of pollution problems of real estate projects,calculation methods of various pollutants in real estate development in environmental impact assessment and environmental impact.This paper gives elaboration taking environmental impact assessment of Hejin City Xinyuan district economic applicable housing construction project.
