摘要
基于dSPACE实时在线仿真系统和Carsim RT车辆动力学仿真软件,建立了基于硬件在环(HILs)、模拟整车环境的电动制动助力器自动化测试系统。该系统可通过对整车虚拟环境、接口信息实时调节,通过编译测试程序,快速精准地对零件进行自动化测试及验证,自动生成可视化报告,从而使得开发验证周期大大缩短,并可为新功能模拟验证提供新的技术方法。
The electric brake booster automatic testing system based on Hardware in Loop(HIL)and virtual vehicle environment,which was established on dSPACE online simulation system and Carsim RT vehicle dynamic simulation software.The testing system can run part test cases and output visual report automatically by online adjusting virtual environment parameters and interface input via program.In this way,the development cycle would be shortened greatly,and new function test would have a good basis.
