摘要
自我控制能力发展的关键期是4岁左右,此时期幼儿行为发展还处于初步阶段,能够较为容易地进行干预教育。合理的引导和教育,会使那些自我控制行为较差的幼儿得到有效改善,进而达到促进幼儿自我控制能力发展的目的。在幼儿园开展“3-6岁儿童自我控制现状及教育干预研究”意义重大。促进幼儿自控能力发展的建议:注重对幼儿日常行为的观察和关键期的培养,以及幼儿良好习惯的培养;教给幼儿提高自我延迟满足的具体策略;鼓励幼儿参加规则性的情境活动和角色游戏;家长要发挥自身榜样力量等。
The age of 4 is a critical period for the development of children’s self-control ability and the initial stage of children’s behavior development.When teachers properly guide and educationally intervene children,those children of poor self-control behavior will be effectively improved,which can promote the development of children’s self-control ability.It is a great significance for kindergartens to carry out the research on self-control status and educational intervention of 3-6-year-old children.Some suggestions are provided to cultivate children’s self-control ability.Teachers should pay much attention to observingchildren’s daily behavior and developing children from good habits in this critical period,teach children specific strategies for improving self-imposed delay of gratification and encourage them to participate in situational activities and role plays.The parents should also be the good examples.
