摘要
目的探讨加味补中益气汤联合氨溴索用于呼吸支持治疗的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年1月至2019年6月收治行呼吸支持治疗的呼吸系统疾病患者160例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各80例。两组患者均予呼吸支持治疗、对症治疗及盐酸氨溴索注射液静脉滴注,研究组患者加用加味补中益气汤,两组均治疗2周。结果研究组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)均显著升高,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均显著降低,研究组患者上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(7.50%比5.00%,χ^2=0.427,P=0.514>0.05)。结论加味补中益气汤联合氨溴索用于接受呼吸支持治疗的呼吸系统疾病患者,可改善其血气状况,降低其机体炎性因子水平。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with ambroxol injection in patients with respiratory support therapy.Methods A total of 160 patients receiving respiratory support therapy from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and study group according to random number table method,80 cases in each group.Both groups were given respiratory support therapy,conventional treatment and ambroxol injection,while the study group was additionally given Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Results The total effective rate of the study group was95.00%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the arterial blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)and arterial blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)of the two groups after treatment were significantly increased,and the arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)and interleukin 6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were significantly reduced.The improvement of the above indicators in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions of the two groups were equivalent(7.50%vs.5.00%,χ^2=0.427,P=0.514>0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with ambroxol injection for patients with respiratory system diseases receiving respiratory support therapy can improve their blood gas status and reduce their inflammation levels.
