摘要
为破除监狱传统改造弊病,深化图书馆特殊群体服务,四川省嘉陵监狱在南充市高校与公共图书馆联盟指导下,以"读好书·做好人"为主线,抓住服刑人员阅读需求,构建全狱阅读体系。文章通过解构全狱阅读体系的组织架构、战略规划、执行策略,分析重点阅读项目背景、做法与成效,归纳特色、经验,探讨不足,提出图书馆应强化能力建设、加强理论研究、精准配置资源,从而化解监狱阅读痛点,提升服务质量。
Under the guidance of Nanchong University and Public Library Alliance,Jialing Prison of Sichuan Province organized an institution-wide reading program to overcome the limitations of prisons in rehabilitation and extend library service to special populations.The slogan"reading good books to become better persons"was used to nurture prisoners reading needs.This article examined the prison-wide reading program from the perspectives of organizational structure,strategic planning and implementation.The background,practice,characteristics,experience and effects of program are analyzed while its inadequacy is also discussed.The authors proposed that libraries should strengthen its capacity building,enhance theoretical research and allocate resources accurately to resolve the challenges of reading in prisons.
