3个木兰科树种对杉木人工林土壤肥力改良效果的初步评价 被引量:10

Preliminary Evaluation of Soil Fertility Improvement of Cunninghamia lanceolata Plantation by Three Magnoliaceae Species

摘要 以杉木纯林、杉木-香梓楠、杉木-香木莲、杉木-单性木兰4种林分的土壤为研究对象,采集0~20cm、21~40cm土层的土壤样品,测定不同林分土壤养分和酶活性,运用主成分分析法计算4种林分的土壤肥力得分并排序,探讨不同林分下的土壤肥力状况,旨在为杉木纯林改造和土壤肥力管理提供基础的数据参考。结果表明,随着土壤层次的加深,土壤养分及酶活性均逐渐降低;与其他林分对比,杉木-香梓楠混交林土壤的脲酶、蔗糖酶、酸性磷酸酶活性显著提升,而且土壤有机质、全氮、硝态氮、速效磷的含量均表现为最高,但是4种林分的土壤过氧化氢酶、全钾、速效钾变化不明显;主成分分析显示,土壤肥力状况排序为杉木-香梓楠混交林>杉木-香木莲混交林>杉木纯林>杉木-单性木兰混交林。 For understanding the soil fertility status of different plantation,four plantation types,namely pure Cunninghamia lanceolata forest,C.lanceolata-Michelia hedyosperma Law,C.lanceolata-Manglie tiaaromatica Dandy and C.lanceolata-Kmeria septentrionalis Dandy were selected and analyzed.Soil samples of 0-20 cm 20-40 cm soil layer were collected to compare the differences of soil nutrients and enzyme activities among different stands.The principal component analysis was used to calculate soil fertility scores and rank the four stands.The results showed that soil nutrients and enzyme activities decreased gradually with the deepening of soil layer.Compared with other plantation,soil urease,invertase and acid phosphatase activities increased significantly in C.lanceolata-Michelia hedyosperma Law,and the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and available phosphorus were the highest.The change of catalase,total potassium and available potassium in soil was not obvious.The principal component analysis showed that the order of soil fertility was C.lanceolata-Michelia hedyosperma Law>C.lanceolata-Manoglia tiaaromatica Dandy>pure C.lanceolata plantation>C.lanceolata-Kmeria septentrionalis Dandy.
