摘要
随着我国经济的迅速发展,网络购物已经成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分,网购在给予快递企业巨大发展空间的同时,也使各快递公司面临日趋激烈的市场竞争。本文以天天快递的物流成本管理问题为研究对象,阐述了天天快递物流成本管理的现状,分析了该企业物流成本管理存在的主要问题,并提出相应对策,以期降低天天快递的物流成本,增强企业竞争力。
With the rapid development of China's economic globalization,people's daily life is now inseparable from logistics as a means of transportation.Of course,China with a large population needs a lot of logistics,which is growing rapidly.Such a large base will inevitably lead to a huge competition between enterprises.Not only is the logistics profession,foreign friends saw the huge market in China,but also turned to China,which brought more and more pressure and response to the logistics of our country.This paper studies the cost optimization of daily express logistics,and analyzes the operation status of daily express logistics to improve the relevant optimization plan of daily express logistics enterprises.This paper constructs the logistics cost optimization plan of TTK Express from different angles and conditions,and puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures.
