油井一体化提液降耗技术在油田生产中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 采油提液系统是油田用能的重点单元,如何挖掘油田提液系统降低电耗的潜力,推广应用油井人工举升工艺新技术和节能降耗新技术,降低油气开采成本,已成为各油田开发企业重要的研究课题。介绍了油井一体化提液降耗技术,该技术以建立能耗模型,计算每口井当前能耗及预测同油藏条件、同产量下的最佳能耗,进而对油井生产参数、杆管泵、沉没度等进行优化匹配改造,优化油井提液举升工艺技术,实现机采系统节能降耗。介绍了该技术在某老油田水驱开发单元的应用情况及实施效果,以及综合治理效益评价等。实践证明,通过实施油水井一体化优化调整措施、优化配套地面设备措施和优化电热杆生产工艺措施等3项措施,能优化油井提液举升工艺,实现注采系统平衡,提升系统运行效率和整体优化节能,降低提液单耗,保持油井高效运行,具有良好的节能降耗效果。 Oil extraction system is the key unit of oil field energy consumption.How to tap the potential of oil extraction system to reduce power consumption,promote the application of new technology of artificial oil well lifting process and new technology of energy saving and consumption reduction,and reduce the cost of oil and gas production has become an important research topic for oil field development enterprises.Introduces the technology of oil well integrated liquid extraction and consumption reduction,which aims to establish the energy consumption model,calculate the current energy consumption of each well and predict the best energy consumption under the same reservoir conditions and production,and then optimize the matching transformation of oil well production parameters,rod and pipe pumps,submergence,optimize the technology of oil well liquid extraction and lifting,and realize the energy saving and consumption reduction of the mechanical production system.Introduces the application and effect of this technology in a water drive development unit of an old oilfield,as well as the evaluation of comprehensive treatment benefit.It has been proved by practice that three measures can be taken to optimize the lifting process,balance the injection production system,improve the system operation efficiency and overall optimization of energy saving,reduce the unit consumption of liquid extraction,maintain the efficient operation of oil wells,and have good energy saving effect.
