摘要
目的对急性化脓性胆管炎合并糖尿病手术治疗的围术期护理措施进行探究。方法选择该院2018年4月—2019年3月间收治的急性化脓性胆管炎合并糖尿病患者82例作为该次研究的纳入对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规护理组和围术期护理组,每组41例。分别采用不同方式对两组患者予以护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果围术期护理组护理后的血糖水平明显低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。围术期护理组的并发症发生率明显低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用围术期护理的方式对急性化脓性胆管炎合并糖尿病患者进行护理能够有效改善患者的血糖水平,降低患者的术后并发症。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing measures for patients with acute suppurative cholangitis complicated with diabetes.Methods From April 2018 to March 2019 a total of 82 patients with acute suppurative cholangitis complicated with diabetes admitted in the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into routine care group and perioperative care group according to random number table method,each group had 41 cases.The two groups of patients were treated in different ways,and the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The blood glucose level of the perioperative nursing group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the perioperative nursing group was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using perioperative nursing care for patients with acute suppurative cholangitis and diabetes can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients and reduce postoperative complications.
