摘要
将传感器技术、VR技术、人体工程学技术、评分系统项目软件等先进技术应用于焊接加工,能大幅提升传统焊接训练设备性能。设计仿真焊接加工平台主机、触控显示屏幕、VR设备支持台、操作工作台、仿真焊枪、头盔等系统硬件连接;选配VR支撑软件负责VR场景的运算、生成、反馈,用代码编程的方式实现复杂的响应动画。设计的系统整体能够满足消除传统焊接加工设备的危险作业隐患,减少耗材、减少环境污染,实现高效、安全、节约、环保的目的。
Such advanced technologies as sensor technology,VR technology,ergonomics technology,project software of practical training scoring system can be applied to welding processing in order to greatly improve traditional welding equipment performance.The hardware connection of the host machines of the simulation welding processing platform,touch display screen,VR equipment support platform,operation worktable,simulation welding gun,helmet and other systems must be designed.VR supporting software can be chosen to be responsible for the calculation,formation and feedback of VR scene in order to realize complex response animation by code programming.The whole system designed can meet the purpose of eliminating the dangerous operation hidden in traditional welding processing equipment and reducing the consumption of materials and environmental pollution.In this way,efficiency,safety,saving and environmental protection can be achieved.
