脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇对动物肝脏毒性作用的分子机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 动物肝脏是脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)代谢和毒性的主要靶器官。本文就近10年关于DON对肝脏的氧化应激、对肝脏的炎症和对肝脏细胞凋亡影响等方面的研究进展,结合新近关于DON干扰核因子E2相关因子2/血红素加氧酶-1(Nrf2/HO-1)和核因子-κB(NF-κB)参与氧化应激、炎症和细胞凋亡调节等研究进行分子机制阐述,期望可以推进DON对肝脏毒性作用的分子机制的深入研究,为畜禽生产中DON毒素的精准防控提供理论依据。 Deoxynivalenol(DON)is metabolized mainly in liver which is also the targeted organ for the toxic effect of DON on animals.In this study,we have reviewed evidences,reported in the past 10 years,of variation in the molecular marks of hepatotoxicity induced by DON,and have focused on oxidative stress,inflammation and hepatocyte apoptosis.Based on the recent information of interference with nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2/heme oxygenase 1(Nrf2/HO-1)and Nuclear Factor-kappa B(NF-kB)signal pathway by DON involved in the regulation of oxidative stress,inflammation and cell apoptosis,we have elucidated the molecular mechanism of toxicology induced by DON.We hope this review to contribute to further research on molecular mechanism of DON-induced hepatotoxicity and to provide theoretical basis for precise prevention and control of DON in livestock production.
