摘要
目的探讨居家失能老人的照护者给药错误的相关因素及照护知识需求。方法纳入858名居家失能老人的照护者,以护理门诊及病房面对面访谈的形式,对调查对象进行给药错误及照护知识需求情况的调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果给药错误以遗漏给药为主,引起给药错误的客观因素包括多药共用302人(63.45%),药物用法用量复杂277人(58.19%)等。5.18%的口服药及19.70%的胰岛素给药错误对患者造成的伤害需要就医治疗。结论居家失能老人照护者给药错误较常见,可对失能老人的健康造成损害,提高照护者的照护能力可减少给药错误的发生。
Objective This study investigated the factors associated with drug administration errors and nursing knowledge needs in caregivers of incapacitant elderly at home.Methods This study included 858 caregivers of disabled elderly people at home.In the form of face-to-face interviews with nursing out-patients and wards,the survey subjects were investigated on drug administration errors and nursing knowledge needs,and the survey results were statistically analyzed.Results Drug administration errors were mainly caused by missed drug administration.Objective factors causing drug administration error included 302 patients(63.45%)with multiple drugs,277 patients(58.19%)with complex drug usage and dosage.5.18%of patients taking oral medicine and 19.70%of patients receiving wrong insulin need medical treatment.Conclusion Medication errors are more common among caregivers of incapacitated elderly people,causing health damage to disabled elderly people,improving caregivers'ability to take care may reduce the incidence of medication errors and benefit the elderly with incapacitation at home.
