摘要
本文试图跳出对美国公共艺术制度的线性研究,讨论公共艺术行为主体(政府、企业、艺术家与公众)之间互动关系,这些主体间的关系是如何内化、转化成具体的制度和规范,最终成为国家治理的手段和对象。公共艺术作为一种审美治理,在国家规范性建构和公民的个体塑造中起到了重要的作用。
This article attempts to drift away from the linear analysis of the public art policy in America,but to discuss the interactive relationship between the public art subjects including the government,enterprises,artists,and the public.How these inter-subject relationships are internalized and transformed into specific systems and norms will eventually become the means and targets of the state governance.As an aesthetic governance practice,public art has played an important role in the national regulation and the individual modeling.
