摘要
肾上腺髓质素(ADM)是一种普遍存在的血管活性多肽,属于降钙素基因相关肽家族成员。ADM广泛表达于人体多个器官组织,但在肾上腺髓质中的含量最丰富。正常情况下,ADM主要来源于血管内皮细胞和血管平滑肌细胞,以血管内皮细胞为主。ADM的功能多样,作用机制复杂,与肿瘤、高血压等多种疾病相关,极具研究价值。多项研究证实了ADM对细胞线粒体和细胞内活性氧(ROS)水平具有调节作用。本文就ADM对细胞线粒体和ROS水平影响的研究进展进行了总结、分析。
Adrenomedullin(ADM)is a common vascular peptide belonging to the calcitonin gene-related peptide family.It is widely expressed in multiple organs;however,under normal conditions,its expression is most abundant in the adrenal medulla.Vascular smooth muscle cells,particularly vascular endothelial cells,are the primary sources of ADM.ADM plays diverse roles via complicated mechanisms.It is associated with various diseases such as tumor and hypertension and has great research value.Many studies have confirmed the regulatory effects of ADM on mitochondria and reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels in cells.This paper presents a review of the effects of ADM on mitochondria and ROS levels.
