我国中小学数字教材开发现状及发展建议——基于中小学数字教材典型产品调研的分析 被引量:32

摘要 中小学数字教材在我国出现有近二十年历史,但目前其定位仍不明确、标准也不统一,相关政策和管理制度缺失,市场和应用均未能形成像纸质教材那样的机制。2020年初突发的新冠病毒疫情,对教育事业和出版产业带来严重影响,却凸显了在线教育的价值,把数字教材推到了前台。本文基于“中小学数字教材相关研究”课题的调研结果,对我国中小学数字教材的开发现状进行分析讨论,并结合教育现代化推进、出版产业新业态打造及教育、出版政策和管理制度等,对中小学数字教材未来发展提出建议。 The digital textbooks for primary and secondary schools have appeared in China for nearly 20 years.However,the position of digital textbooks is still unclear,the standards for digital textbooks are not unified,the relevant administrative policies and management on digital textbooks are missing.Also the market and application of digital textbooks for primary and secondary schools have not formed the mechanism as paper textbooks.The outbreak of New Coronavirus in early 2020 has a serious impact on education and publishing.Nevertheless,this highlights the value of online education and pushes digital textbooks to the stage.Based on the results of survey Research on Digital Textbooks for Primary and Secondary Schools,this paper analyzes the current situation of digital textbooks in primary and secondary schools in China.Especially this paper puts forward suggestions on the future development of digital textbooks in combination with require of education modernization,the administrative management of education and publishing,and the new business formats for publishing industry.
