摘要
产业结构优化升级不仅有助于自然环境的改善,还有助于人类生存与发展的人文环境的改善。从生态环境安全所包含的五大系统出发,综合评价河南省生态环境安全度,并基于2004—2017年河南省时间序列数据,构建了产业结构高级化和产业结构合理化对生态环境安全影响的时间序列模型。研究结论证实:近年来,河南省生态环境安全等级逐渐提高,环境系统安全和社会系统安全是影响河南省生态环境安全的两大重要因素;产业结构高级化和产业结构合理化均能对生态环境安全产生积极影响,但是产业结构高级化的影响程度更大。基于此,从产业结构高级化和产业结构合理化等方面,提出了提升河南省生态环境安全度的对策建议。
The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure helps improve the natural environment,and also contributes to ameliorate the humanistic conditions for human survival and development.The ecological environment security of Henan province is comprehensively evaluated in terms of five subsystems of ecological environment security.Based on the time series data of Henan province in 2004—2017,the time series model is constructed for the impacts of the industrial structure advancement and rationalization on the ecological environment security.The conclusions reveal that the present ecological environment security of Henan province is gradually improving,with environmental system security and social system security as the major two influencing factors.Both the industrial structure advancement and rationalization can exert positive effects on the ecological environment security.The effect of the industrial structure advancement is greater.Then some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the ecological environment security in Henan province in terms of industrial structure advancement,rationalization and so on.
