摘要
A whitening essence lotion was prepared and its whitening and moisturizing efficacy was studied.24 female volunteers were selected to use the whitening essence lotion on the inner side of their forearm as required for 8 weeks continually.The changes of MI value,L*value,ITA°value and the moisture content of skin stratum corneum were tested for the skin at corresponding position.The results showed that,after using cosmetics for eight weeks,the skin’s MI value,L^* value,ITA°value and moisture content were significance level from the initial values(P<0.05).The product showed certain effects of whitening and moisturizing.
