摘要
目的研究坤泰胶囊治疗卵巢储备功能低下及卵巢早衰的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月本院门诊诊断为卵巢功能低下/卵巢早衰的患者80例,先按分区标准分为卵巢功能低下A区(10 IU/L<FSH≤40 IU/L),卵巢早衰B区(FSH>40 IU/L)。各区再随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用西药人工周期治疗,治疗组采用坤泰胶囊治疗。治疗1个疗程后,分别比较两组治疗效果、性激素变化情况、彩色多普勒超声结果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05)。A区治疗后,两组患者FSH、LH、E2水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义。B区治疗后,对照组FSH水平低于治疗前,两组E2水平高于治疗前(P<0.05);其余组内治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义。对照组治疗后FSH低于治疗组(P<0.05),组间其余指标比较差异无统计学意义。A区治疗后,两组内膜厚度、PSV高于治疗前,对照组RI低于治疗前(P<0.05),组内其余指标治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义;对照组治疗后内膜厚度高于治疗组(P<0.05),组间其余指标比较差异无统计学意义。B区治疗后,各组组间及组内指标比较差异均无统计学意义。结论坤泰胶囊治疗卵巢储备功能低下及卵巢早衰疗效显著,可有效改善患者症状,对于不愿意或不适合采用激素替代治疗的患者,提供了新的选择。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Kuntai capsule in the treatment of ovarian reserve and premature ovarian failure.Methods 80 patients with ovarian dysfunction/premature ovarian failure diagnosed in the outpatient clinic in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to the partition standard,patients were divided into ovarian dysfunction zone A(10 IU/L<FSH≤40 IU/L)and premature aging zone B(FSH>40 IU/L).Patients in each district was randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine artificial cycle,and the treatment group was treated with Kuntai capsule.After 1 course of treatment,the therapeutic effects,sex hormone changes,and color Doppler ultrasound results were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of efficacy,the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than 87.50%in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of hormone levels,after treatment in zone A,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups.After treatment in zone B,the level of FSH in the control group was lower than that before treatment,and the E2 level in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.The FSH of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of other index between the other groups.In terms of color Doppler ultrasound,after treatment in zone A,the intima thickness,PSV of two groups were higher that those before treatment and RI of control group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of other index between the two groups before and after treatment;the intima thickness of the control group was higher than that of the treatment group(P<0.
