摘要
产业转型升级背景下,金湖县中等职业学校专业设置存在的问题主要有三个方面:专业设置与产业结构吻合度不高,缺乏整体规划;专业设置分散,缺少专业集群发展理念;专业建设特色不明显,缺少创新人才培养成效。因此,金湖县中等职业学校应采取三项措施:紧跟县域产业转型升级步伐,适时调整专业设置;依据县域产业结构分布格局,规划设置专业集群发展;构建多渠道人才培养通道,提升专业设置人才培养质量和层次。
Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,the problems existing in the specialty setting of Jinhu secondary vocational school are:the consistency between specialty setting and industrial structure is not high,and lack of overall planning;specialty setting is scattered and lack of specialty cluster development concept;specialty construction characteristics are not obvious and lack of innovative talent training effect.Therefore,Jinhu secondary vocational schools should keep up with the pace of industrial transformation and upgrading in the county,timely adjust the specialty settings,plan and set up specialty cluster development according to the distribution pattern of county industrial structure,build multi-channel talent training channels,and improve the quality and level of professional talent training.
