摘要
高职院校专业人才培养方案制订中普遍存在教育理念缺失,系统性、科学性不强;培养目标、规格概念混淆,表述不全面、不科学;课程设置对培养目标和培养规格的映射不明晰、支撑力度不够等问题。对此,借鉴成果导向教育理念,以常州信息职业技术学院为例,针对专业人才培养方案中存在的问题提出,要厘清培养目标和培养规格的内涵实质,表述力求全面、科学;实施反向设计,使课程能够与培养目标、规格清晰映射。
At present,there are many problems in the formulation of professional talent cultivation program in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of educational concept with lack of systematicness and scientificity,the confusion of the concept of cultivation objectives and specifications with incomplete and unscientific expression,the unclear mapping of curriculum setting to the cultivation objectives and specifications with insufficient support.In this regard,learning from the concept of achievement oriented education,Taking Changzhou Institute of information technology as an example,aiming at the problems existing in the professional talent training program,the paper proposed to clarify the connotation and essence of cultivation objectives and specifications,and strive to make the expression comprehensive and scientific;implement reverse design,so that the curriculum can clearly map with the cultivation objectives and specifications.
