摘要
目的观察2种家用热力厨具对口罩上人工污染的病毒及使用后自然菌消毒效果。方法采用病毒灭活试验方法和现场消毒试验方法,对普通蒸汽和干热法灭活医用外科口罩和KN95防护口罩上污染的脊髓灰质炎病毒、鼠源冠状病毒以及自然菌杀灭效果进行观察。结果普通厨用蒸锅湿热蒸汽暴露5 min和密封容器内干蒸10min以及厨用电烤箱70℃干烤20 min,均可将人工污染于口罩表面的脊髓灰质炎病毒、鼠源冠状病毒以及自然菌全部杀灭。结论普通家用电蒸锅和电烤箱均可用于受到病毒污染的医用口罩进行有效消毒。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of two kinds of household thermal kitchen utensils on artificially contaminated viruses and natural bacteria on masks after use. Methods Virus inactivation test and field disinfection test were used to observe the killing effect of ordinary steam and dry heat inactivation on contaminated polioviruses,murine coronaviruses and natural bacteria on medical surgical masks and KN95 protective masks. Results The polioviruses and murine coronaviruses artificially contaminated on the surface of masks and the natural bacteria on masks after use could be all killed after 5 min of wet and hot steam exposure in ordinary kitchen steamer,or 10 min of dry steaming in a sealed container,or 20 min of dry baking at 70 ℃ in kitchen electric oven. Conclusion Ordinary household electric steamers and electric ovens can be used to effectively disinfect medical masks contaminated by viruses.
