摘要
通过熔融共混法制备了聚醚醚酮(PEEK)/碳基复合材料,比较了二氧化硅(SiO2)和石墨烯纳米片(GNP)对PEEK性能的影响。结果表明:SiO2堆积分布在PEEK基体中,而GNP在PEEK中形成了堆积片状结构;加入一定量的SiO2和GNP均能有效提高PEEK的弹性模量,最大值分别为5.2 GPa和5.8 GPa;加入GNP可以有效提高PEEK复合材料的抗拉强度,而SiO2的加入则会降低抗拉强度;随着SiO2和GNP含量的增加,PEEK复合材料的弹性模量在不同温度下表现出不同的趋势;PEEK/SiO2复合材料较PEEK/GNP复合材料具有较好的阻尼性能。
Poly(ether ether ketone)(PEEK)/carbon matrix composites were prepared by melt blending,the effects of adding silica(SiO2)and graphene nanosheets(GNP)on the performance of PEEK were compared.The results showed that SiO2 was stacked and distributed in the PEEK matrix,while GNP formed a stacked sheet structure in PEEK.The addition of a certain amount of SiO2 and GNP could effectively improve the elastic modulus of PEEK,a maximum of 5.2 GPa and 5.8 GPa,respectively.The addition of GNP could effectively improve the tensile strength of PEEK composites,and the addition of SiO2 showed a decrease.With the increase of SiO2 and GNP content,elastic modulus of the PEEK composites showed different trends at different temperatures.PEEK/SiO2 composite material had better damping performance than PEEK/GNP composite material.
