维生素在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用 被引量:1

The role of vitamins in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury

摘要 心肌缺血再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,MIRI)是指当溶栓药物经皮冠状动脉介入或旁路手术治疗急性心肌缺血、恢复受损区域血流时引起的心肌组织损伤,其特征为活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)爆发、线粒体功能障碍、细胞凋亡和梗死面积增加。研究发现,维生素(vitamin)不仅是调节机体代谢、维护人体健康必不可少的一类营养素,且还具有抗氧化、抑制凋亡、减轻线粒体损伤等多种功能,适量补充维生素可在防治MIRI方面发挥重要作用。本文对维生素在MIRI发展过程中的保护作用及分子机制进行了综述,旨在为维生素在临床方面的应用提供参考依据。 Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)is a kind of myocardial tissue injury caused by thrombolytic drugs,percutaneous coronary intervention or bypass surgery to treat acute myocardial ischemia and restore blood flow in the damaged area.It is characterized by the production of a large number of reactive oxygen species(ROS),mitochondrial dysfunction,apoptosis and increased infarct size.In recent years,a large number of studies have found that vitamin is not only a kind of essential nutrient for regulating body metabolism and maintaining human health,but also has many other functions,such as anti-oxidation,inhibiting apoptosis,reducing mitochondrial damage and so on.Appropriate vitamin supplementation can play an important role in the prevention and treatment of MIRI.This review mainly illustrated the protective role and molecular mechanisms of vitamin in the development of MIRI,in order to provide references for the clinical application of vitamin.
