摘要
基于城市社区场域,运用不确定管理模型分析框架,实证检验公平体验对新生代农民工“融城”预期的影响。结果表明:新生代农民工在社区场域的公平体验对其“融城”预期具有显著的正向影响,公平感水平每上升1个标准差,其预期实现城市融入的概率将提高3.91个百分点左右。这种影响具体体现为新生代农民工在社区服务、参与和交往等维度的公平体验,对其“融城”预期的差异化促增效应。同时,具有不同教育、收入、居住年限特征的新生代农民工,在其公平体验影响“融城”预期的过程中存在一定的个体异质效应。因此,相应的政策设计应合理兼顾公平要素的普遍性和特殊性,同时还需准确把握具有不同特征的新生代农民工对社区场域公平要素的差异化诉求。
The paper,with data from a micro survey,adopted the analysis framework for the uncertain management model and empirically studied the impact of community fairness on the expectation of the new generation of migrant workers about urban integration.The results show that the experience of new generation of migrant workers about fairness in the community has a significant positive impact on their expectation about urban integration.For each rise of a standard deviation,the probability for the new generation of migrant work⁃ers to achieve urban integration will increase by about 3.91 percent.This effect is mainly reflected in communi⁃ty services,community participation and community interaction.Meanwhile,personal heterogeneity exists in the new generation of migrant workers with different education,income and residence years in terms of how their fairness experience affecting their expectation of urban integration.Therefore,policy designers should take into account the universality and particularity of the fair elements,and accurately grasp how the new gen⁃eration of migrant workers with different characteristics vary in their demands for fairness.
