摘要
基于结构和功能多样性的磁性金属有机骨架复合材料(MMOFs)开发新型食品样品前处理方法,旨在建立高特异性、高灵敏度、高效率的新型食品检测技术,对于保障食品质量与安全具有重要的意义。金属有机骨架材料(MOFs)是由无机亚基(金属簇、金属离子、中心链)和有机配体,通过配位键形成的三维网状晶体结构材料,因其具有规则的孔隙结构、较大的比表面积和较高的稳定性等优点,被广泛地应用在样品前处理、气体储存与分离、能量转换、光电传导等领域。近年来,磁性金属有机骨架材料(MMOFs)将不同类型的MOFs材料和各种磁性纳米粒子(MNPs)组装在一起,使其不仅具有MOFs材料的优点又增加了磁反应特性,因其选择效果好、响应速度快、生物相容性强、操作简单、可重复利用率高等特点,结合磁性固相萃取(MSPE)技术在食品检测前处理中得到了广泛地应用。文章综述归纳了8种磁性金属有机骨架材料新型制备方法,系统性地总结了MMOFs材料作为MSPE吸附剂在食品检测前处理中的应用,此外还对MMOFs材料未来应用前景和发展方向进行展望。
Magnetic metal-organic framework composite(MMOFs)based on structural and functional diversity was developed to develop a new sample pretreatment technology,aiming to establish a new food detection technology with high specificity,high sensitivity and high efficiency,which is of great significance to ensure the reliability of food quality and safety.Metal-organic frameworks have emerged as a new class of crystalline materials by the hybrid compounding of inorganic metal center and organic ligand,because of its regular pore structure,large specific surface area,lower crystallinity,and higher stability,etc,are widely used biocompatibility,easy separation of dispersion,easy operation,high repeatable utilization is considered to be ideal in sample pretreatment,gas storage and separation,energy conversion,optical transmission,etc.In recent years,MMOFs materials through a variety of physical and chemical methods to different types of MOFs materials and all kinds of magnetic materials to synthesize together,make it not only possesses the advantages of MOFs materials and increase the magnetic response features,because of its selection effect is good,fast response speed,good material purification and enrichment of the target,greatly promote its application in the field of food processing before examination.In this paper,the eight new preparation method and application of magnetic metal organic framework materials in food pre-processing are reviewed,and its future application and development direction are prospected.
