摘要
新冠肺炎疫情破坏了全球产业链,阻碍我国企业产能恢复和居民消费能力的提升,并给全球经济发展带来巨大的不确定性。企业需要在研判疫情对宏观经济的影响、评价本企业应对疫情措施效果的基础上,调整中长期经营战略和财务战略。在进行战略调整过程中,企业财务要在严控财务风险的前提下,采用成本优先的管控模式;积极筹集资金,为产业链和市场转移提供财务保障;通过业财深度融合优化资金链管控,提高资金使用效果。宏观层面要加快构建国内国际双循环新发展格局,严防通胀发生,持续采取措施确保国家政策扶持资金进入实体经济。通过上述措施的综合运用实现企业可持续发展。
The novel coronavirus pandemic has destroyed the global industrial chain,hindered the recovery of Chinese enterprises and the improvement of the consumption capacity of the residents,and brought great uncertainty to the global economic development.In response,enterprises need to adjust their medium and long-term business and financial strategy by studying and judging the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the macro-economy and by evaluating the effects of their own responses.In the process of strategic adjustment,enterprise should adopt the cost priority strategy on the premise of strictly controlling financial risks;actively raise funds to provide financial support for industrial chain and market transfer;optimize the management of cashflow through deep integration of business and finance,and improve the efficiency to raise funds.At the macro level,we need to speed up the construction of the new development pattern called the"domestic and international dual circulation mode",effectively control inflation,and continue to take actions to ensure that the supporting funds from the government flow into the real economy.By the comprehensive application of the above measures,the sustainable development of enterprises can be achieved.
