摘要
生物标本在科研、教学和科普等众多领域中占有极其重要的地位,具有无可替代的科学价值、观赏价值及收藏价值,并逐渐走入家庭,成为家装艺术品。国内传统防腐使用砒霜、樟脑粉、甘油混合物,有很强的毒性,目前有以硼酸、明矾、樟脑粉混合物作为防腐剂,该方法无毒但是药品取用不便,需要配制。目前也未有针对提高鸟类羽毛柔顺度的方法。结合传统方法实践,提出一种鸟类剥制标本改良技术。该技术在防腐、防变形、提高鸟类羽毛亮泽柔顺度等方面明显优于传统技术,且简单易行、用时较短、药品易得、低毒环保,适宜学生操作。
Biological specimens occupy an extremely important position in many fields such as scientific research,teaching and popular science.They have irreplaceable scientific value,ornamental value and collection value.They gradually enter the family and become home decoration works of art.The mixture of arsenic,camphor powder and glycerol have strong toxicity.At present,the mixture of boric acid,alum and camphor powder is used as preservative.This method is non-toxic,but it is inconvenient to take medicine and needs to be prepared.Up to now,there is no method to improve the flexibility of bird feathers.Based on the practice of traditional methods,an improved technique for specimens peeling of birds was proposed.The technology is superior to the traditional technology in anti-corrosion,anti-deformation and improving the brightness and flexibility of bird feathers.It is simple,easy to use,easy to obtain drugs,low toxicity and environmental protection,and suitable for students to operate.
