摘要
目的耳穴压豆与中药穴位贴敷对老年高血压失眠的疗效。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月186例老年高血压患者数据,随机分为对照组(右佐匹克隆)和治疗组(耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷),各93例。比较其睡眠质量和降压效果。结果治疗组有效率为93.5%,对照组为75.3%,治疗组优于对照组,其统计结果有差异性,P<0.05。治疗前,2组患者的收缩压与舒张压无变化,其统计结果无差异性,P>0.05;治疗后,2组患者的收缩压与舒张压均优于治疗前,且治疗组的改善程度优于对照组,P<0.05,统计结果有差异性。治疗组睡眠质量总评分为(21.17±1.51)分,对照组为(29.95±2.72)分,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论耳穴压豆与中药穴位贴敷对老年高血压失眠的效果更好,不仅具有良好体验感,还能提升患者的生活质量,应重点推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of auricular acupoint pressing and point application in the treatment of senile hypertension insomnia.Methods Data of 186 elderly hypertensive patients in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(dzopicolone)and treatment group(auricular acupoint pressing and point application),with 93 patients in each group.Sleep quality and blood pressure were compared.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5%,and that of the control group was 75.3%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the statistical results were different(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no change in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups,and the statistical results showed no difference(P>0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were better than that before treatment,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the statistical results were different.The total sleep quality score of the treatment group was(21.17±1.51),and that of the control group was(29.95±2.72),which was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing and point application have better effect on hypertension and insomnia in the elderly,which not only has a good sense of experience,but also can improve the quality of life of patients,which should be promoted.
