摘要
某公司连续重整装置加工能力为1.4 Mt/a,2009年5月建成投产。运行期间装置进料板壳式换热器出现内漏问题,最高泄漏率达8%。2013年大修期间对板束进行了更新,但运行不到2 a,内漏问题再次出现,同时还出现喷淋棒压差高的情况,最高压差达0.51 MPa,使连续重整装置进料负荷受限。2017年5月,将连续重整进料换热器改型为缠绕管式换热器,解决了高温环境下因受热膨胀不均匀造成换热器内漏的问题。投用以来各项参数稳定,喷淋棒压差保持在0.05 MPa左右,整体运行效果良好。
The processing capacity of continuous catalytic reforming(CCR)unit of aromatic complex of a company was 1.4 MM TPY,which was completed and put into operation in May 2009.During operation,the internal leakage problem occurred in the feed plate heat exchanger,and the maximum leakage rate was 8%.During the overhaul in 2013,the exchanger bundle was updated.But the internal leakage problem appeared again within two years.At the same time,the high differential pressure of spray bar appeared several times,and the highest differential pressure was up to 0.51 MPa,which limited CCR feed load.In May 2017,the CCR feed heat exchanger was modified into a coiled pipe heat exchanger,which solved the problem of heat exchanger internal leakage caused by the uneven thermal expansion under the high-temperature environment.After it is put into use,the parameters are stable,and the differential pressure of spray bar is kept at about 0.05 MPa,and the overall operation effect is good.
