摘要
高职院校开展学风教育对高职院校的可持续发展及高职人才培养具有深远的影响。在客观分析高职院校学风建设中存在问题的基础上,探究加强学风建设的有效途径,即:加强思想政治教育工作,以德育促进学风;推进教师教风建设,以教风带动学风;改革教学方法和手段,以创新激励学风;构建规范的学风教育工作体系,以制度规范学风;开展学风建设校园活动,以舆论引导学风。
The development of academic atmosphere education in higher vocational colleges has a profound impact on the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of higher vocational personnel.Based on the objective analysis of the problems in the construction of the academic atmosphere in higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the effective ways to strengthen the construction of academic atmosphere,that is,strengthening the ideological and political education to promote the academic atmosphere with moral education,promoting the construction of teachers'teaching style to drive academic atmosphere,reforming teaching methods and means to innovate and stimulate academic atmosphere with innovation,building a standardized education system of academic atmosphere to standardize the academic atmosphere by system,and carrying out campus activities of academic atmosphere construction to guide academic atmosphere with public opinion.
