乳化沥青在薄层罩面粘结层的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究乳化沥青在超薄罩面、钢桥面铺装以及“白改黑”等道路养护中,作为层间粘结材料的粘结性能,对两种常用的乳化沥青,即SBR改性乳化沥青和镇海70号基质乳化沥青,采用砖面粘结强度拉拔方法,对其粘结性能进行评价。砖面粘结强度拉拔法是在3种不同的底面即钢面、沥青混凝土面、水泥混凝土面上进行拉拔试验,通过不同洒布量下的拉拔力和粘结强度,评价乳化沥青在粘结层的粘结性能。试验结果表明,3种不同底面上粘结强度,SBR改性乳化沥青在钢面上的粘结效果最好,镇海70号基质乳化沥青在沥青混凝土面上的粘结效果最好,且最佳洒铺量都在0.6 kg/m^2。 Emulsified asphalt is widely used in road construction as a green,economic and environmental protection material.In order to study the bonding performance of the bonding material as interlayer bonding material in ultra-thin overlay,steel bridge deck pavement,and"white to black"road maintenance,two kinds of common emulsified asphalt,SBR modified emulsified asphalt and Zhenhai 70#base emulsified asphalt,are used to evaluate the bond performance by brick surface bond strength pull-out method.This method is to carry out pull-out test on three different bottom surfaces,including steel surface,asphalt concrete surface and cement concrete surface.The bond performance of emulsified asphalt in the bond layer is evaluated by the pull-out force and bond strength under different spray volume.The results show that among three different bottoms,the bond strength of SBR modified emulsified asphalt is biggest on steel bridge deck pavement,while Zhenhai 70# base emulsified asphalt is biggest on asphalt concrete surface,and the best spraying volume is both 0.6kg/m^2.
