摘要
目的:对患者治疗方案中药敏培养结果及相关用药考虑进行分析,提高用药合理性。方法:通过一例肺部感染患者的诊疗过程,分析抗感染治疗策略。结果:患者治疗过程中培养到铜绿假单胞菌及白色念珠菌,但经分析排除致病菌可能,给予适合的给药方案后患者经21天的治疗痊愈出院,期间未发生任何不良反应。结论:菌落培养阳性时首先应结合患者自身情况分析其是否为致病菌,不应盲目用药,合理选药,以免造成病菌耐药。
Objective:To analyze the drug sensitivity culture results and related drug considerations in the treatment plan of patients to improve the rationality of drug use.Methods:An anti-infective treatment strategy was analyzed by participating in the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with pulmonary infection.Results:Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans were cultured during the treatment of the patient,but the pathogens were excluded after analysis.The patient was cured after 21 days of treatment after being given the appropriate dosing regimen and was discharged without any adverse reactions.Conclusion:When the colony culture is positive,the patient should first analyze whether it is a pathogenic bacteria in combination with the patient’s own situation.The drug should not be used blindly,and the drug should be selected reasonably to avoid drug resistance.
