互联多端口电力电子变压器的建模与仿真技术 被引量:8

摘要 随着分布式能源的大量入网以及直流负荷的增加,多端交直流配电网成为未来发展的趋势,多端口电力电子变压器成为其核心设备。采用串联H桥拓扑结构的多端口电力电子变压器中因含有大量的全桥模块以及DAB模块,同时开关频率较高等诸多因素,导致多端口电力电子变压器的开关器件的仿真非常困难。尤其是多台电力电子变压器互联的交直流配电网场合下,系统仿真几乎不可能完成。针对上述问题,提出了一种暂态平均模型,通过对多端口电力电子变压器进行建模与化简,稳态时采用解锁模型进行仿真,可以支持多端系统的协调控制等系统级的研究与仿真验证;故障时通过解锁等效电路与闭锁等效电路的切换完成系统的故障仿真,提高了仿真速度。最后通过系统直流故障下的仿真对比,证明了所提模型的正确性。 With the large amount of distributed energy entering power grid and the increase of DC load,multi-terminal AC/DC distribution network becomes the future development trend,and multi-port power electronic transformer becomes the core equipment.In the multi-port power electronic transformer with series connection H-bridge(CHB)structure,there are a lot of full bridge modules and bidirectional active bridge(DAB)modules.At the same time,many factors such as high switching frequency make it very difficult to simulate switching devices model of the multi-port power electronic transformer.Especially in the case of AC/DC distribution network with multiple power electronic transformers interconnected,the system simulation is almost impossible to be completed.In order to solve the above problems,a transient average model is proposed.By modeling and simplifying the multi-port power electronic transformer and simulating it with unlocking model in steady state,research and simulation on system level verification such as coordinated control of multi-terminal system,can be supported.In case of fault,the system fault simulation is completed by switching between unlocking equivalent circuit and locking equivalent circuit,which improves the simulation speed.Finally,the correctness of the proposed model is proved by comparing the simulation results under DC fault.
