摘要
文章研究了米诺地尔泡沫剂的制备工艺并对其性质进行考察。运用单因素试验和正交试验确定处方中辅料的最佳配比,以泡沫细腻程度、泡沫稳定时间和溶液澄清度作为考察指标,并按照《中国药典》2015年版的相关规定进行检查。试验结果表明,潜溶剂的最佳配比为水-PEG400-甘油(11∶9∶10),表面活性剂(SDS)最佳用量为2%,在此条件下所得的米诺地尔泡沫剂的泡沫细腻、均匀、稳定、持久,符合《中国药典》2015年版的相关规定。采用该工艺制备的米诺地尔泡沫剂科学合理,为米诺地尔的临床应用提供了一种新的剂型。
In this study, Minoxidil foam agent was prepared and its properties were investigated. single factor test and orthogonal test were used to determine the optimal proportion of excipients in the prescription. the foam fineness, foam stability time and solution clarification were used as the inspection indexes, and the relevant regulations of the 2015 edition of the chinese pharmacopoeia were checked. the test results showed that the optimum ratio of the latent solvent was water-glycerol(11:9:10), and the optimum amount of surfactant(SDS) was 2%. the foam of the minoxidil foam obtained under this condition was fine, uniform, stable and lasting, in accordance with the chinese pharmacopoeia 2015 the relevant provisions of the annual edition. the minoxidil foam prepared by this process is scientific and reasonable, and provides a new dosage form for the clinical application of minoxidil.
