摘要
促进科技成果转移转化是河北省深入实施创新驱动和京津冀协同发展战略的重要任务,需要一支专业化技术转移人才队伍贯通创新链与产业链。从河北省技术转移人才发展现状分析入手,针对技术转移人才发展的困境,从加大技术转移人才政策支持力度、完善技术转移人才培养体系、设立技术转移专业职称序列、发展技术转移机构等方面提出了促进技术转移人才发展的对策建议。
It is an important task to promote the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements for Hebei province to further implement the strategy of innovation-driven and coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.For this purpose,It needs a professional team of technology transfer talents to connect the innovation chain and industrial chain.Starting from the analysis of the current situation and in view of the predicament in the development of technology transfer talents,this paper puts forward some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of increasing policy support for technology transfer talents,improving the talent training system for technology transfer,establishing professional title sequence of technology transfer,and developing technology transfer institutions.
