摘要
文章针对烧结钕铁硼永磁材料进行电火花线切割加工时的特性进行了实验研究。文章首先针对烧结钕铁硼永磁材料的高效低损切割机理进行了阐述,从烧结钕铁硼永磁材料的去除方式和工作介质因素两个因素进行了分析;其次针对烧结钕铁硼永磁材料电火花线切割高效低损切割加工进行了实验,利用SEM观察烧结钕铁硼永磁材料进行切割后的切割表面和电极丝表层。从二者的显微形貌分析,进行烧结钕铁硼永磁材料电火花线切割高效低损切割研究。最终结果表明,在进行切割时,选择贴附式高压喷液方式,可以有效增加烧结钕铁硼永磁材料切割时极间的工作液进入量和流速,进而获得电蚀产物排出效率的提升。
This paperconducts an experimental study on the characteristics of sintered NdFeB permanent magnet materials during wire WEDM machining.In this paper,the mechanism of high efficiency and low loss cutting of sintered NdFeB permanent magnet material is firstly described,and the removal method and working medium factors of sintered NdFeB permanent magnet material are analyzed;secondly,the high efficiency and low loss cutting of sintered NdFeB permanent magnet material by WEDM is experimented,and using WSEM to observe the cut surface and electrode wire surface of the sintered NdFeB permanent magnet material after cutting.Based on the analysis of their micro morphology,the research on high-efficiency and low-loss cutting of sintered NdFeB permanent magnet material by WEDM is carried out.The final results show that the flow rate and the flow rate of the working fluid between the electrodes can be increased effectively when the attached high-pressure spray mode is selected in the cutting process,and the discharge efficiency of the erosion products can be improved.
