摘要
科技创新已经成为驱动经济发展的主要动力。科创板的初心是借助资本的力量,实现关键核心技术自主可控,掌握创新主动权、发展主动权。注册制强化了对信息披露的诚信义务和法律责任,科创属性评价指引明确了科创板定位的判断依据。本文结合科创板已问询的企业中与科创属性相关的问题,说明企业在证明其符合科创属性评价指标时需要披露的信息,以供评判企业科技创新能力对标,为企业明晰自身科技创新水平和行业中所处地位提供借鉴。
Technological innovation has been the main driving force for economic development.The primary intention of the Sci–Tech Innovation Board Market is to realize the autonomy and control of key core technologies with the help of capital,and to take the initiative of innovation and development.The registration-based IPO system strengthens the fiduciary duty and legal responsibility for information disclosure,and the science and technology attribute evaluation guidelines clarifies the judgment basis for the Sci–Tech Innovation Board Market position.This article summarizes the questions that have to be answered,which force the enterprises to disclose the information which could prove the enterprises meet the science and technology attribute evaluation guidelines,so as to benchmark the enterprise's technological innovation capability,which could help enterprises to clarify their own level of technological innovation and their position in the industry.
