镀铝CPP膜复合后“腐蚀”现象研究

摘要 本文研究了镀铝CPP膜是水性粘合剂生产中出现的"腐蚀"现象原因及应对措施,镀铝CPP膜"腐蚀"现象的根本原因是水性粘合剂的水分挥发不彻底。控制烘箱温度与生产速度的匹配,过高或过低都不利于水分的挥发。烘箱风量要求为"微负压",保证水分蒸发后及时排除烘箱。使用可以出烘箱口未复合前的温度测量及报警装置,可以有效的提前发现并预防问题产生。 In this paper,the causes and Countermeasures of"corrosion"in the production of water-borne adhesive are studied,The root cause of"corrosion"of aluminum plated CPP film is that the water-borne adhesive is not completely evaporated.Controlling the matching of oven temperature and production speed,too high or too low is not conducive to the evaporation of water.The air volume of oven is required to be"micro negative pressure",Ensure that the oven is removed in time after the moisture evaporates.Use the temperature measurement and alarm device which can be used before the oven mouth is compounded,It can effectively detect and prevent problems in advance.
