摘要
基于统计分析的方法,建立2016年乌昌石区域耗煤行业大气污染物排放清单,分析重点耗煤行业污染物排放特征。结果表明:2016年区域耗煤行业消耗燃煤共5852.94万t,SO2和NOx排放贡献最大的行业为火力发电和热力生产供应业,PM2.5和PM10排放贡献最大的行业为非金属矿物制造业。利用CALPUFF模型模拟冬季乌昌石区域现状排放下污染物扩散特征,评估重点耗煤行业污染物排放对区域冬季空气质量的贡献情况。研究显示,重点行业大气污染物对区域的贡献占所有耗煤行业总贡献的90%左右。不同重点耗煤行业对区域冬季空气质量贡献明显不同,其中,非金属矿物制造业对PM2.5贡献程度最大,并且由于受到地形的影响,PM2.5在区域南部地区的浓度值较高。研究最终提出针对耗煤企业的大气污染防控措施,为区域大气环境质量改善提供建议。
Based on the statistical analysis method,the list of atmospheric pollutants in the coal-consuming industry in Wuchangshi area in 2016 is established,and the pollutant emission characteristics of key coal-consuming industries are analyzed.The results show that in 2016,the regional coal-consuming industry consumed a total of 58.5294 million tons of coal,the industries that contributed the most from SO 2 and NO x emissions were thermal power generation and thermal production supply,and the industries that contributed the most to PM 2.5 and PM 10 emissions were non-metallic minerals.The CALPUFF model was used to simulate the pollutant dispersion characteristics of the Wuchangshi area in winter,and the contribution of pollutant emissions from key coal-consuming industries to regional winter air quality was evaluated.Studies have shown that the contribution of atmospheric pollutants to the region in key industries accounts for about 90%of the total contribution of all coal-consuming industries.Different key coal-consuming industries contribute significantly to regional winter air quality,and among them,non-metallic mineral manufacturing contributes the most to PM 2.5,and due to the influence of topography,PM 2.5 has higher concentration values in the southern part of the region.The research finally proposed air pollution prevention and control measures for coal-consuming enterprises,and provided suggestions for regional atmospheric environmental quality improvement.
