Culture is the source of school cohesion and vitality,the soul of school and the internal driving force to promote the harmonious development of school.The Chengjiang Adult Education staff firmly establish the concept of"great education".Based on years of education and practice,they have been exploring the community education road of"holding the community education flag,taking the lifelong learning road,building the learning street",and building the school culture of"core,harmony and integration"to lead the high-quality development and community education practice of the school."Core"is the core leadership,"harmony"means harmony with diversity,and"integration"means integration with unitarity.
