摘要 文化是学校凝聚力和活力的源泉,是学校的灵魂,是促进学校和谐发展的内驱力[1]。澄江成教人牢固树立“大教育”理念,从多年的教育和实践中,不断探索“举社区教育旗,走终身学习路,建学习型街道”的社区教育之路,打造“核、和、合”学校文化,来引领学校的高质量发展和社区教育实践。“核”是核心领导,“和”是和而不同,“合”是合而相融。 Culture is the source of school cohesion and vitality,the soul of school and the internal driving force to promote the harmonious development of school.The Chengjiang Adult Education staff firmly establish the concept of"great education".Based on years of education and practice,they have been exploring the community education road of"holding the community education flag,taking the lifelong learning road,building the learning street",and building the school culture of"core,harmony and integration"to lead the high-quality development and community education practice of the school."Core"is the core leadership,"harmony"means harmony with diversity,and"integration"means integration with unitarity.
