环境水体中溴螨酯残留量的测定及光降解研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)建立水样中溴螨酯残留量的分析检测方法,对奎屯河柳沟水库出库的农田灌溉水样进行测定,并在此基础上研究不同水体基质对溴螨酯光降解速率的影响。通过有机溶剂液液萃取,采用GC-MS/MS进行定性与定量分析,不同浓度的溴螨酯(0.10μg/L、0.50μg/L、1.00μg/L)在环境水样中的添加回收率在73%以上。溴螨酯在0.10 mg/L^2.0 mg/L的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r^2=0.9993)。本次实验涉及的方法学参数均满足农药残留检测的分析要求,适用于水质样品中溴螨酯残留量的测定。通过对比溴螨酯在纯净水样和环境水样两种基质条件下的光降解速率,发现在含有微生物的环境水体中,溴螨酯的光降解速率明显比在纯水样品中快。 The Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method was used to establish the analysis and detection method of bromofenate residue in water samples.The irrigation water samples from the farmland of Kuigunhe Liugou Reservoir were determined,and on this basis,different water substrates were studied Effect on the photodegradation rate of bromopropylate.The liquid-liquid extraction with organic solvents were used,qualitative and quantitative analysis by GC-MS The qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed by GC-MS.The recoveries of different concentrations of bromopropylate(0.10μg/L,0.50μg/L,1.00μg/L)in water samples were above 73%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 3%.There was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration range of 0.10 mg/L^2.0 mg/L(r^2=0.9993).The sensitivity,precision and accuracy of the detection method in this paper meet the pesticide residue analysis requirements and are applicable to the determination of bromopropylate pesticide residues in water samples.By comparing the photo-degradation rate of bromopropylate in both the pure water sample and the environmental water sample,it was found that the photo-degradation rate of bromopropylate in the environmental water which containing the microorganism was significantly faster than that in the pure water sample.
